Shipping Policy

 

Olympia Composites sends all orders through the United States Postal Service. All our products are made to order. Fabrication times can vary. Items will ship as soon as production has been completed. Please see product pages for production lead times. 

Returns & Exchange Policy

 

IMPORTANT

There is a 30% restocking fee for returned made to order products that are not exchanged and are not damaged.

 

CUSTOM PRODUCTS: Custom products are non-refundableWe accept returns at our sole discretion. Please keep in mind that you ordered a product that was designed and fabricated to your particular dimensions and specifications. Olympia Composites cannot resell this product. If you are not satisfied with your custom product, please contact sales@olympia-composites.com immediately to see if we can fix the problem. We want you to be happy with your custom purchase.

MADE TO ORDER PRODUCTS: You MUST contact us at sales@olympia-composites.com within 30 calendar days of receiving your product if you intend to return ANY made to order product. Items returned to us AFTER 30 calendar days and without contacting us, will not be refunded. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault. Original sales receipt must accompany returns.

At our sole discretion, we accept returns for refund or exchange within 30 calendar days after customer’s receipt of the product. We may offer an exchange or store credit for items returned after that period. No refunds will be given for items returned after the aforementioned 30-day period.

Made to order items must be in new, unaltered and unused condition. Our definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:

 

  • without showing signs of wear or damage by the buyer (e.g., scratches, stains, marks, rips, tears, cuts, abrasions, missing pieces, broken parts)

  • without any modifications or repairs by buyer or third party

  • not used for an activity other than its stated purpose

  • returned within 30 calendar days after customer’s receipt of the product

  • include written permission from Olympia Composites that you can return product

 

If you receive a damaged or defective product, or if you receive an incorrect order, please contact sales@olympia-composites.com immediately. Those items will qualify for a refund or store credit based on the aforementioned criteria (new, unaltered, unused). Olympia Composites is not responsible products lost or damaged in the delivery process. 

 

All refunds, returns and exchanges are contingent upon inspection of items once Olympia Composites receives them.
